Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of business development executives to ensure peak performance and professional development.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through effective networking and market analysis.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition and sales approach.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Jakarta.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Proven ability to work in a demanding environment with a 6-day work schedule.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Result-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive KPIs.
