Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through active market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach to final negotiation and contract closing.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Follow up consistently with leads to ensure high conversion rates and long-term retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in Indonesian is required; professional proficiency in Mandarin (business context) is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building rapport with high-value clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle high-pressure environments.
