Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and client outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop region-specific promotional campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market advantages and opportunities
- Represent Datascrip at industry events and trade exhibitions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Kalimantan Selatan market dynamics
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
