- Lead commercial finance operations and business partnering for assigned product lines/geographies
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing strategies and profitability
- Prepare board-level financial reports and presentations highlighting performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems
- Manage budgeting cycles and ensure adherence to financial controls
- Mentor finance team members and build cross-functional stakeholder relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, business partnering, or FP&A roles
- CPA certification or MBA preferred
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work in matrix organizations
