Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business planning and strategy.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Provide decision support for capital expenditures and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
