Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and analyze market opportunities to develop competitive credit product features.
- Collaborate with the product and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough competitive benchmarking to ensure our credit offerings remain ahead of industry standards.
- Develop innovative strategies to improve user experience throughout the credit application and approval journey.
- Monitor product performance through key metrics (KPIs) and propose data-backed improvements.
- Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to foster an innovative culture and agile workflow.
- Manage end-to-end product implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product development, business analysis, or fintech strategy.
- Deep understanding of the consumer credit lifecycle and Indonesian financial regulatory environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects autonomously in a contract-based or fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
