Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable data warehouse architectures supporting business intelligence needs
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data integration and processing
- Create interactive BI reports and dashboards using industry-leading visualization tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Establish data governance frameworks ensuring quality, consistency, and security
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and system reliability
- Present complex data insights to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations
- Stay current with emerging BI technologies and best practices in data engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data warehousing and business intelligence implementation
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Talend, Informatica, or SSIS) and cloud platforms
- Expertise in BI visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik)
- Understanding of data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling)
- Experience with programming languages (Python, R) for data manipulation
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
