As the Business Intelligence Manager, your mission is to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable strategies. You will oversee the end-to-end analytics lifecycle—from data ingestion and modeling to visualization and insight generation. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Content, Product, and Senior Leadership, you will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company's strategic objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and execution of the Business Intelligence and analytics roadmap for MediaCorp, aligning with corporate strategy.
- Drive audience measurement, content performance analysis, and advertising attribution across all platforms (TV, digital, radio).
- Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports (using Looker, Tableau, or similar) for C-level and operational stakeholders.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data analysts and BI developers.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to identify revenue opportunities through data-driven sales strategies and pricing analytics.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover audience insights, consumption patterns, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines and warehouse architecture (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in SQL and experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven experience working in a media, publishing, or digital advertising environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., star schemas, ETL processes) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional ability to translate complex analytical findings into compelling business stories and actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions at the executive level.
- Experience with programming languages for data analysis (Python or R) is a strong plus.
