Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support mobile phone recycling initiatives by educating customers and processing device intake.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment effectively.
- Provide exceptional in-store customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collect and analyze store feedback to propose operational improvements.
- Assist the management team in administrative tasks and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement store marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong passion for technology, sustainability, and mobile device ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office or Google Workspace).
- Willingness to be placed in either Jakarta or Bandung as required.
