Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure seamless business processes across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize cross-functional workflows.
- Drive organizational culture initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and internal company policies.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute tactical initiatives to expand market reach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or operations-focused role, preferably in retail or technology sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse teams effectively.
- Proven track record in optimizing operational costs and improving service delivery.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in business management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
