Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to increase market share in corrosion-resistant engineering services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships with industrial stakeholders.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial client consultation to final service delivery and quality assurance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine service offerings and pricing strategies.
- Lead and mentor regional teams to ensure high-performance service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, performance metrics, and progress updates for executive management.
- Coordinate with technical and engineering departments to ensure alignment between project scopes and technological capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a managerial or senior business development role within an industrial or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of corrosion-resistant technology or relevant industrial chemical/engineering processes.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical and financial data.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
