Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional business strategies to drive revenue growth and operational performance.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and high standards of service delivery.
- Manage P&L responsibilities for the assigned regions, optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise regional teams, fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and risks.
- Implement standardized processes to improve workflow efficiency and communication across multi-regional branches.
- Prepare regular performance reports and business forecasts for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in senior operations management, preferably within the community services or development sectors.
- Proven ability to manage operations across multiple geographical locations or regions.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budget oversight.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams in remote or decentralized settings.
- High proficiency in strategic planning, problem-solving, and project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the designated regions (NCR/Ilocos/Central Luzon/CALABARZON/Mindoro/Bicol).
