- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for key product lines.
- Manage and optimize partner operations workflows to ensure seamless integration and high performance.
- Drive cross-functional projects to scale teams, improve product delivery timelines, and enhance user satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data and market trends to identify bottlenecks and propose innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define clear success metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and implement scalable processes that improve organizational efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, or partner management within the tech industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-impact projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
