Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze operational workflows across logistics, supply chain, and customer service departments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor operational performance metrics like delivery times, cost efficiency, and error rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization initiatives and operational changes
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational disruptions and recommend data-driven solutions
- Create comprehensive business reports and presentations for senior leadership on operational trends and forecasts
- Support new system implementations by mapping business requirements and conducting user acceptance testing
- Identify automation opportunities for manual processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations research, or process improvement roles
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management principles, or transportation industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with process mapping methodologies (BPMN, SIPOC) and workflow optimization frameworks
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a matrix organization
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
