Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document business/user requirements to align IT solutions with organizational goals
- Coordinate end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Provide expert testing consultation to validate system functionality and quality standards
- Map and document existing business processes using industry-standard methodologies
- Identify process inefficiencies and design optimization strategies for systems/applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor post-implementation performance metrics and recommend further enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis or IT project coordination
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and BPMN methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and requirements
- Experience with testing methodologies and quality assurance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and requirement documentation
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or Business Analysis preferred
