Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage SAP consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Design and implement SAP solutions to optimize business operations and drive efficiency.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to go-live.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower clients and transfer knowledge.
- Prepare and present project documentation, status reports, and recommendations to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on business processes.
- Proven track record of leading successful SAP implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP certification in relevant modules is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
