Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate professional meetings, negotiations, and discussions to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding.
- Translate business documents, reports, and presentations between Mandarin and Indonesian/English.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships to support company goals.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitive activity, and client feedback to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain an organized database of business contacts and correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; HSK 5 or higher is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business relations, sales, or account management roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and professional reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
