As a Business Relationship Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high satisfaction rates. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to ensure long-term client retention and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through proactive outreach and market analysis.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve issues and streamline service delivery.
- Conduct regular business reviews to present performance metrics, strategic insights, and value-added solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition and remain ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database to track client interactions and sales pipeline progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B account management, sales, or business development.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset focused on delivering client success.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
