Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our client base in Jakarta Raya.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business leads through networking, research, and industry events.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to deliver customized solutions for client requirements.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs for management review.
- Participate in contract negotiations and ensure all commercial terms align with company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of market trends within the IT and enterprise solution sector in Indonesia.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- High level of professional integrity, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
