Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Assa Rent's market share in Makassar.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and site visits to potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and proposals for management review.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and service quality.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or the automotive/rental industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently in the field and manage own schedule efficiently.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
  • Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
