Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Assa Rent's market share in Makassar.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and site visits to potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and proposals for management review.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and service quality.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or the automotive/rental industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently in the field and manage own schedule efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
