In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market share by identifying new business opportunities, pitching our state-of-the-art telematics solutions, and closing deals with corporate clients across various industries.

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will act as a trusted advisor to businesses, helping them optimize their fleet operations, reduce costs, and improve safety using Cartrack's advanced technology platform. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations of Cartrack’s fleet management solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Understand prospective clients' business challenges and tailor customized proposals to meet their operational needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline using our CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and activities.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth avenues.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in B2B corporate sales, preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, logistics, or automotive industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a strong hunting mentality.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Possess own transportation and a valid driver's license for client visits (highly preferred).
