Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations of Cartrack’s fleet management solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Understand prospective clients' business challenges and tailor customized proposals to meet their operational needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline using our CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and activities.
- Collaborate with the customer success and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth avenues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in B2B corporate sales, preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, logistics, or automotive industries.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a strong hunting mentality.
- Ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Possess own transportation and a valid driver's license for client visits (highly preferred).
