Terra Link Technologies, a global leader in advanced mapping solutions and digital infrastructure, is seeking a high-caliber Business Strategy & Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in Jakarta. As we continue to drive digital transformation across the region, we are looking for a strategic thinker with near-native Chinese proficiency to bridge our operations with key international stakeholders.
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our market entry strategies, identifying lucrative growth opportunities, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will work closely with executive leadership to translate complex market data into actionable business plans that enhance our competitive edge in the mapping and geospatial technology sector.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator capable of navigating cross-cultural business environments with ease, ensuring seamless alignment between our regional operations and global strategic goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the tech and mapping industry.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with global internal teams to localize business models for the Indonesian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and government stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and performance reports for internal leadership.
- Ensure project alignment with organizational goals, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.
- Near-native proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory; fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business strategy, business development, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of navigating complex markets and driving strategic growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment.
