Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to deliver comprehensive requirements documentation and system specifications
- Collaborate with department heads to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create detailed process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering through implementation and post-launch evaluation
- Develop and maintain business process documentation, system architecture diagrams, and quality assurance protocols
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and process automation to enhance operational efficiency
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Expertise in requirements gathering methodologies, process modeling, and documentation tools
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and integration frameworks
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
