Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify requirements, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement across enterprise systems.
- Design and document detailed business process flows, functional specifications, and system requirements for PMO initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of system changes.
- Support the automation of manual tasks and workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training sessions to staff on new system functionalities.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding system architecture, business rules, and change logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a Project Management Office (PMO) setting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and business analysis frameworks.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
