Are you an experienced training professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? Wefund Lending Corp. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Training Specialist to join our team in Pasig City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between strategic business goals and operational performance by designing and facilitating high-impact training programs.
As our Business Training Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of learning materials, focusing on both business process optimization and technical proficiency. You will play a key role in onboarding new talent and upskilling our existing Operations Team to ensure we continue to deliver excellence in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, a creative instructional designer, and a collaborative leader capable of inspiring team growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training modules for business processes and technical systems.
- Conduct professional training sessions for the Operations Team to improve service efficiency and compliance.
- Assess training needs across departments to identify performance gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.
- Maintain and update training documentation, manuals, and multimedia resources to reflect policy changes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and operational performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows through employee development initiatives.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring rapid integration into the Wefund culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate training, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Strong background in instructional design and curriculum development using modern e-learning tools.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of business process mapping and technical systems implementation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, LMS platforms, and project management tools.
