Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cut various types of meat according to customer specifications and company standards
- Ensure all meat products are stored, handled, and displayed in compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service, offering advice on meat cuts, preparation methods, and cooking techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sanitation and waste disposal
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs
- Adhere to company policies regarding pricing, promotions, and product presentation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar meat preparation role preferred
- Knowledge of various meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)
- Attention to detail and precision in cutting and portioning meat
- Basic computer skills for operating POS systems and inventory management
- Clean and presentable appearance with good personal hygiene habits
