Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD or related design software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and project specifications.
- Revise and update existing drawings based on client feedback and site modifications.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all design documents and project records.
- Perform site measurements and site visits when necessary to ensure design feasibility.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and submission plans for regulatory approval.
- Ensure all technical drawings adhere to quality standards and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a CAD drafting role (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and drafting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately.
