Victory Land Corporation is seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Operator to join our growing team in Cainta, Rizal. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently graduated or board passer Architect eager to kickstart their career in the construction and real estate development industry.
As a CAD Operator, you will play a crucial role in our design and development projects, utilizing your technical skills to create precise drawings and plans that bring our architectural visions to life. You will collaborate closely with our senior architects and project managers to ensure all designs meet industry standards, local regulations, and client specifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed CAD drawings and plans for residential and commercial projects
- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, layouts, and specifications
- Modify existing drawings based on project requirements and client feedback
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and design standards
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical drawing issues
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing archives
- Participate in site visits and surveys as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Licensed Architect (board passer) or recent graduate
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar CAD software
- Knowledge of Philippine Building Code and local regulations
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
