Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist customers with menu selections and recommendations.
- Prepare and serve artisanal gelato, coffee, and other cafe beverages with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining and service area at all times.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and process various payment methods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth cafe operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Possess a friendly, positive, and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be based in or able to commute easily to the East Region of Singapore.
