Tanggung Jawab
- Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Prepare various types of icings, fillings, and glazes from scratch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the baking team to ensure timely production and high-quality output.
- Experiment with new decorating techniques, color palettes, and modern design trends.
- Assist in the quality control of finished products before they are dispatched.
- Manage inventory of decorating supplies and ingredients effectively.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff or apprentices when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Cake Decorator or Pastry Artist.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in buttercream, fondant, and piping techniques.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and color coordination.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining artistic quality.
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays based on production needs.
- Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team player spirit.
- High school diploma or vocational certification in Culinary Arts or related field.
