- Perform precision calibration on aerospace instruments and equipment using specialized tools and methodologies
- Document calibration results, maintain equipment logs, and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Diagnose and resolve instrument discrepancies through systematic troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement calibration improvements and process optimizations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality assurance requirements in all calibration activities
- Manage calibration schedules and maintain inventory of calibration standards and tools
- Train junior technicians on calibration techniques and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years calibration experience
- Proficiency in using calibration equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, pressure testers) and software
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and aerospace industry calibration standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision measurement capabilities
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and calibration procedures
- Valid certification in calibration management (e.g., ISO 17025 Lead Auditor) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
