- Handle customer inquiries and support via written channels (email, chat)
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with accurate documentation
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes

- Continuously update product knowledge for accurate support
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling when appropriate
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Previous BPO experience, especially in non-voice roles
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
- Proficient in using computers and standard software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with positive attitude
