Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Thai-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Henkel's products, services, and policies
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and strive to exceed performance targets

Kualifikasi

  • Fluency in both Thai and English languages (written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a multinational company is preferred
  • Customer service certification is a plus
