Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to Thai-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Henkel's products, services, and policies
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and strive to exceed performance targets
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Thai and English languages (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a multinational company is preferred
- Customer service certification is a plus
