ByteDance is looking for a dynamic Campaign Management Project Intern to join our team in Metro Manila for our 2026 cohort. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the end-to-end lifecycle of platform campaigns, bridging the gap between strategic concept and flawless execution.

As part of the ByteDance family, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to drive user engagement and platform growth. This internship is designed for motivated BS or MS students who are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to one of the world's most innovative technology companies.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale E-commerce marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign assets meet quality standards and performance objectives.
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis to track campaign KPIs and provide actionable insights for future iterations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support the team in conducting competitive market research and identifying emerging trends in the E-commerce landscape.
  • Manage operational project workflows using internal tools to ensure seamless campaign launches.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentation materials for leadership reviews.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in E-commerce, digital marketing, and the creator economy.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset; proficient in data interpretation and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proactive learner with a strong 'owner' mindset and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
  • Available for a full-time commitment starting in 2026.
