EMAPTA is looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to join our pioneer team in Ortigas. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect behind our lifecycle marketing automation, ensuring that our customer journey is seamless, personalized, and highly scalable.
You will own the end-to-end execution of complex CRM campaigns, from initial segmentation to rigorous QA and performance optimization. We are looking for an analytical mind who thrives in an onsite environment and is passionate about driving conversion through precision marketing. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end execution of lifecycle and automation campaigns across multi-channel CRM platforms.
- Own list segmentation, audience targeting, and data hygiene to ensure high deliverability and engagement.
- Conduct rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) testing on all campaign assets, workflows, and logic triggers before deployment.
- Monitor real-time campaign performance, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing conversion paths based on data insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM activities with broader business objectives and product launches.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for campaign workflows, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Analyze customer behavioral data to refine segmentation strategies and improve user retention metrics.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in CRM Operations, Marketing Automation, or a related technical marketing role.
- Hands-on proficiency with enterprise CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, or Marketo).
- Deep understanding of marketing automation logic, dynamic content, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable campaign improvements.
- Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting workflows, API integrations, and data mapping.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy and QA procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite, collaborative team environment in Ortigas.
