Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning and development programs, from initial concept to execution and evaluation.
- Analyze organizational capabilities and skill gaps to recommend targeted training interventions and professional development roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, business units, and external vendors, to deliver high-impact workshops and seminars.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training progress, certifications, and development plans within the learning management system.
- Assist in the creation and curation of learning materials, including e-learning modules, guides, and presentation decks.
- Monitor industry trends in professional development to ensure Macquarie Group remains at the forefront of innovative learning strategies.
- Support the planning and logistics for major corporate events, leadership off-sites, and capability-building retreats.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Human Resources operations.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and corporate training methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and a passion for employee engagement.
