Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market surveys and collect accurate data from various respondents.
- Verify and validate survey data for accuracy, completeness, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with field teams or survey participants to ensure high response rates and adherence to protocols.
- Maintain and update the company database with new market information and findings.
- Prepare and summarize reports highlighting key market trends and insights.
- Assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of CAPS (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) systems.
- Support the Marketing & Communications department with administrative tasks related to market intelligence.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide relevant inputs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or any related field.
- Must be a fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of market research principles is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region for field data collection if required.
