Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular market surveys and gather accurate data on product distribution and pricing.
- Monitor competitive activity and trade execution within assigned territories.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity when inputting information into the company database.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to identify market opportunities and address supply chain gaps.
- Prepare concise, actionable daily and weekly reports for management review.
- Ensure that company merchandising standards are upheld across various retail outlets.
- Participate in training sessions to keep abreast of market trends and company strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with high motivation and strong learning agility are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork and visit multiple trade outlets within the designated area.
- Must be a resident of or willing to be assigned in Dipolog City / Pagadian City vicinity.
