Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections.
- Conduct thorough diagnostic testing using modern tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Repair and replace worn or damaged parts, such as suspension components, cooling systems, and engine parts.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service logs for every vehicle to track maintenance schedules and repairs.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all repair and disposal processes.
- Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure performance meets safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and collaborate with the fleet management team to minimize vehicle downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Car Mechanic or Automotive Technician, preferably with fleet maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems, including engine, transmission, and braking systems.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic software and precision tools.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematic diagrams, and repair guides effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various mechanical workshop conditions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and a high level of integrity regarding quality of work.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Relevant vocational or technical certification in Automotive Technology is a significant advantage.
