Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in various vehicle models
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot complex automotive problems
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and recommend necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Supervise and mentor junior mechanics when in a head mechanic role
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques
Kualifikasi
- Certification in automotive technology or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a car mechanic with a focus on both intermediate and advanced repairs
- Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of various vehicle systems
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills for customer interactions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
