Tanggung Jawab
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials needed and layout of projects
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications
- Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures using carpenter's hand and power tools
- Build frameworks, including walls, footings, and posts, for structures using wood or other materials
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, flooring, and trim, or hardware
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Build scaffolding and other temporary structures for constructing or repairing buildings
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and building codes
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Mason with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in using carpenter's hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety procedures and building codes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
