Join Search Personnel as a Case Management Executive and make a meaningful impact in Singapore's social services sector. - Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop Individual Care Plans (ICPs) for vulnerable residents

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in case management or social services
- Strong assessment and intervention skills with vulnerable populations
- Certification in counseling or crisis intervention (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore's social services landscape
- Cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care expertise
- Proficiency in case management software and documentation systems
