- Provide comprehensive administrative and case management support to the social service team.
- Maintain, update, and organize accurate client case files and digital records in the internal database.
- Assist in the intake process, including processing applications and verifying relevant documentation.
- Handle frontline inquiries from the public, providing accurate information and directing complex cases to senior officers.
- Prepare routine reports, data summaries, and official correspondence as required by management.
- Ensure strict compliance with government regulations, data privacy standards, and internal protocols.
- Liaise with external community partners, volunteers, and other government agencies to coordinate service delivery.
- Support ad-hoc administrative duties and community outreach programs as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in case management, administrative support, or the public/social service sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact empathetically with diverse communities.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern database management systems.
- High level of integrity, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to commit to a contract role and start immediately or within a short notice period.
