Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day cash management operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all client transactions.
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Provide expert support and advisory services to corporate clients regarding their liquidity and cash flow management needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of treasury and payment services.
- Monitor and analyze transaction reports to identify trends or potential operational risks.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and audit trails for all processed cash management activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations and internal bank policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cash management, treasury operations, or general banking services.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with corporate clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic records and a strong interest in banking operations are encouraged to apply.
