Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely and in accordance with company policies
- Balance cash registers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy
- Bag merchandise and assist customers with their purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining store appearance as needed
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and basic office equipment
- Honest and trustworthy with a strong sense of integrity
