Tanggung Jawab
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and restaurant facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including floors, surfaces, and storage spaces
- Support kitchen sanitation operations by following hygiene protocols and safety standards
- Ensure restroom areas are impeccably clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Manage inventory of cleaning materials and report maintenance needs for equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain seamless operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations specific to food service environments
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in stewarding, housekeeping, or similar roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle cleaning tasks
- Basic knowledge of sanitation practices and chemical handling
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
