Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Maintain organized cash registers and daily reconciliation records
- Assist customers with product information and promotions
- Ensure checkout area remains clean and well-stocked
- Follow all security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Residency in Jayapura and surrounding areas mandatory
- Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
