Tanggung Jawab
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions and print receipts.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service and assistance.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently while ensuring all transactions are balanced.
- Assist in organizing the display cases and maintaining product freshness and presentation.
- Keep the service counter, dining area, and restrooms clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Perform basic inventory checks and restock supplies (e.g., cups, napkins, condiments) as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints politely and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Basic math skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new POS systems and workflows.
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
