Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage the end-to-end processing of online orders, from picking and packing to shipping preparation.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure that product displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and replenishment.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve customer inquiries or order-related issues promptly.
- Adhere to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding cash handling and store safety.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or operations is highly preferred.
- Strong integrity and high level of accuracy in handling cash and data.
- Proficient in using smartphones and basic computer applications for online order management.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and shifts as scheduled.
- Disciplined, reliable, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
