As the Creative Assistant Manager, you will bridge the gap between strategic marketing goals and high-impact visual design. You will lead projects from conception to execution, managing creative assets that strengthen our brand presence across both digital and physical touchpoints. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the conceptualization and production of high-quality visual and promotional collateral for casino operations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop creative campaigns that align with corporate brand guidelines and revenue goals.
- Manage end-to-end production schedules, ensuring all marketing assets meet strict deadlines for campaigns and events.
- Mentor and guide the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, high standards, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze creative performance metrics and guest engagement data to refine future promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across social media, print, digital signage, and in-house displays.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of large-scale promotional initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a creative management or senior design role, preferably within the hospitality or casino industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard creative software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of brand management, typography, and visual communication principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and effective promotional designs.
